Regnum Christi Convention in Louisiana

The Legionaries from Mandeville and Regnum Christi members from New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Lake Charles gathered at the Catholic Life Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for an annual kick-off get together and convention. Paul Rucker, one of the Regnum Christi members from New Orleans, said that his favorite part of the convention was coming together in prayer with his Regnum Christi family. “The Mass and the solemn rosary were especially powerful for me” commented Paul, “I am really looking forward to the new year for a couple of reasons: the renewal of the statutes and the potential of another men’s team in New Orleans.”

The Legionaries that attended included Fr Jacob DuMont, Fr Stephen Ellis, and Fr Gregory Usselmann who reside in Mandeville, Louisiana. Benedikt Mohr, one of the RC Mission Corps volunteers in Mandeville, was also able to attend.
