We are part of Regnum Christi, together with the Legionaries of Christ, the Lay Consecrated Men of Regnum Christi, and the Lay members of the Movement, and we share a charism, spirit, and mission. We were founded in 1969 and there are currently over 500 Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi serving around the world.
As Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi, we live in over 50 communities around the world where we share a home and hold goods in common, under the authority of a director. Personal and community prayer unite us, and we help each other seek holiness and imitate Christ.
We are sisters in Christ, and our community life is a gift of the Holy Spirit that helps us persevere in our vocation. We seek to be an image of the Blessed Trinity’s communion, pointing people towards Heaven. Bonds of charity unite us like the first Christian communities, striving to live with one heart and one soul.
Our communities are international, expressing the Church’s unity and universality. Internationality is also a source of enrichment, respect, and appreciation for different cultural traditions. As a community, we support each other in the mission, aware that each of us is sent by Christ and Regnum Christi.
